Art is an exploration of the soul as much as it is of the world around us. This abstract seascape considers both. The storm within and without. Forces of nature that arrive as quickly as they pass as well as the surviving of them. And the consequences of surviving these events - the comings and the goings - when so many others don’t. Or can’t. All of the hello’s and the goodbye’s. It can all be a bit much. Until something astonishing happens. A quiet calm. A gentle rise of dawn, with calm waters that invite reflection and gratitude. And we begin again.
